The direct cause of its creation is that due to the deposition of impurities under the skin surface, the sebaceous glands become encapsulated, increase the volume of cells or simply accumulate solids under the skin. The result is subcutaneous acne on the forehead or other parts of the body. Other causes of cystic acne can be:

  • Inappropriately chosen cosmetics

  • unprofessionally squeezed acne
  • taking certain types of medicine
  • hormonal changes
  • mental state
